Hello my name is Ny’Vieanna Whitmore,

 Leadership is not merely a title or a position; it is a mindset, a set of actions, and a commitment to serving others. Throughout my journey in both my school and community, I have strived to embody the principles of leadership, influencing positive change and fostering growth among my peers. Looking ahead, I am eager to continue cultivating these leadership qualities, aspiring to make a meaningful impact on a larger scale.

 In my school, I have actively engaged in various leadership roles, leveraging my skills to initiate positive change and promote a collaborative environment. One significant example of my leadership ability is my involvement in organizing a school-wide community service project. Recognizing the importance of giving back to our community, I spearheaded efforts to coordinate volunteer opportunities for students across different grade levels.
