Throughout my journey here in 2020 leadership, I’ve come across a lot of unique experiences that helped me understand how to become a successful leader quickly and what are the steps to becoming a great leader to use in the real world for the career I’m chasing towards. This would make my experiences within 2020 leadership very exciting as it opens a lot of opportunities for me to learn and build strong educational skills in the future with the various needs and wants that are provided for me to master my academic skills, and see what my potential is in leadership. The community surrounding me outside of leadership is very complex because most of the time we do need some more people, to pay attention to the destruction of our environment, but overall, we do have some type of closure, as I was able to speak to the people who work with Kansas City on fixing the environment strongly, streets, and much more to build our community very strong and not have our community broken down little by little.     

In addition, our community can and will have a huge impact on different plans for people such as me to chase the careers that we believe can meet our standards and what is more suitable for us as it can show our potential working in these industries. This could be from the different work ethics that our community provides, such as community service, 20/20 leadership, and/or FBLA, which will help me focus on my plans after high school. I plan on working my way to getting my bachelor’s Degree in Computer BA and going to work my way to becoming a firefighter with a high-level degree. I also plan on working on software development as my backup career as I can do both firefighting and software development at the same time. The reason for me to become a firefighter is that not only will I be helping our environment and our community, but it is a job that I’ve always loved from the beginning of my high school years, and after college, I will have the opportunity to become a firefighter with the right programs and certificates.

Furthermore, my education for my future career will have a huge impact on my future. This is because the different paths that I chose to walk will soon either face me with difficult challenges or easy challenges. The need for my community will soon have an impact on the careers that I’m going for, and the first one was becoming a firefighter. This is because becoming a firefighter will ensure that I’m helping our community tremendously and keep growing our environment. The second career that can impact our community is becoming a software developer. This is because the technology we have today allows me to express my creativity with the usage of programming, building, testing, and even designing certain structures that can change some parts of our community and continue to change them over time. There are a variety of different careers that will help with our community and it is true as most of them require you to put your life on the line to help others like the armed forces, police officers, etc and I feel like those jobs are worthy chasing for as it’s a job that does help everybody’s community no matter if the community is small or large. There are people like me who want to build our community and work with different organizations.
