Since the beginning of my way through 2020 leadership, I’ve been able to demonstrate countless amounts of leadership abilities that would soon help me and my peers become successful leaders in the future. This can be from my dedication to academic skills, student council, and/or Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), especially FBLA, which is a program that helped me build fun and exciting relationships with different people and generally was able to contribute to many field trips to grow my status as a successful role-model. I’ve worked networking entirely with different companies who see my potential and understand that I’m able to succeed higher than most of my peers. That being said, I’ve also been able to demonstrate my ability to reach the principal honor roll with the accumulation of a 3.7 GPA and hold the spot in the top 20 class rank. 

Moreover, I have the ability to balance my academic responsibilities with extracurricular activities as I have a voice that speaks with high volume and determination for my time-management skills. With the help of 2020 leadership, I’ve been able to possess an outstanding interpersonal skill that allows me to conduct basic collaborations with my peers and even staff personnel to build my relationships very strongly. I’ve also been able to demonstrate a positive attitude which led me into 2020 leadership and surrounded me in a safe community that helps people like me chase my career. Although I was never a 2020 leadership participant in my junior year of high school, I would want to thank my twin brother Jaylin Briscoe who, without his fight for picking me as a worthy participant to join the 2020 leadership team, would never be able to experience all the fun exciting things 2020 leadership has to offer.

Beyond my impressive demonstration of my leadership ability, I would love to demonstrate my abilities through great communication and great academic skills in the real world and later in the future, as this could have some benefits. This can range from the vast majority of good productivity that can help me create a nice and positive work environment that would soon build my innovation tremendously high with the right motivation and the right people to work with. 2020 leadership is a class that I would’ve never thought had all these fun and cool opportunities to work with such as networking, career explorations, college preparations, scholarships, and much more. My goal is to stay on the right path to success and 2020 leadership provides me with comfort that this program allows me to do exactly what I want to pursue. I would like to thank the scholarship committee for this great opportunity to apply for scholarships because it motivates me to keep going. I might not win the scholarships, but this does give me a boost of energy that I was able to apply for scholarships from this program. Hopefully, I will be able to get more awesome opportunities to help me with my career.
