Dear, Gene Denton Memorial Scholarship

Greetings Gene Dentin Memorial Scholarship, my name is Adrian Walker im currently a senior that attends Northeast High School this is my fourth and final year being apart of 20/20 leadership and this is a few reasons why my community and many other community’s need democracy and more diversity thank your for your time and enjoy. A need within my community I would say is more diversity and democracy because there are a lot of Hispanics here and a lot of blacks in other community and then whites in another instead of us spreading out and hating each other and not wanting to be around each other we should all become more diversely in our community’s. And my major is going to be a biology major and I tend to use the power of science and technology to bring my community’s more diverse with others right now there is a lot of hate crimes going around there’s a lot of killings murders school shootings and lot more crimes going on around my community and I plan to stop all of those crimes by doing what I love which is science and bonding and bringing people together I figured if I was to be a communist and be a leader for my community I feel like I can bring a lot of my people and others from different community’s together we shall rise to the top i feel like if we all come together and stop hate crimes violence around our community’s people would not be afraid to come around our community’s  and then whole people are starting to come back to the community’s they were once apart of they shouldn’t be feared they should be filled with rejoice and happiness that they can connect back with old family members and friends we should all one day be able to go to a park or a field and have fun create new science project to being the community together we should be able to teach the young ones how cool science is and how it works we should be able to live knowing that we know science and that we could be cool stuff off of science we can survive off of science is nature science is the wildlife science is the world and with that that’s how I choose to take my bachelors degree in science and help my community be more diverse and have a better upside on life thank you for your time.
