how have you grown as a leader? you  should  encourage a culture of resilience within your team by promoting continuous learning and embracing change as an opportunity for growth How will you use what you’ve learned in the future?  doing, teaching, explaining, collaborating, or experimenting.I use what I learned by putting it to practice, wherever possible. I share my experience with those around me, if it benefits them. I teach youngsters, give a few useful tips when possible. I continue to learn further,keeping as base what I already learnt.  Identify the benefit you can gain from knowing something.  Take down notes of what you learn. Don’t be afraid to fail.  Keep practicing.  Track progress.  Have someone mentor or guide you. Review and understand your learnings well.  What does “leaving a legacy ” mean to you? putting a stamp on the future and making a contribution to future generations. People leave a legacy to know that their life mattered. Gaining clarity on what you want your legacy to be can give your life meaning and purpose. A legacy is something we leave behind after we are gone. how you want to be remembered in future years—whether by your loved ones or even your greater community. Legacy building isn’t just about bequeathing money. It isn’t just writing down wishes in a will and leaving your heirs to work out the details.
