Partcipating in the 20/20 leadership program has been such an amazing experience. I have been exposed to multiple networks around my community. The leadership Program was a pivotal moment in my leadership journey, a transformative experience that has left an indelible mark on my personal and professional growth. As I look back on the challenges faced, lessons learned, and milestones achieved, it is evident that the program has been a catalyst for significant development in my leadership capabilities. The 20/20 Leadership Program exposed me to a diverse range of leadership styles, theories, and practical applications. Through workshops, mentorship, and hands-on projects, I gained valuable insights into the multifaceted nature of effective leadership. One notable aspect of my growth was the enhanced understanding of the importance of emotional intelligence in leadership.
