In the future, I plan to continue to use the skills I have developed as a leader to help those around me. I want to ensure that I can foster an environment of collaboration, respect, and understanding. I also plan to continue to hone my communication skills to ensure that I can effectively resolve any issues that arise. I want to make sure that those that I lead can trust me to take their needs into account, while also helping them to move forward. I have also learned to listen to the ideas and opinions of others and consider them, to create a plan that works for everyone.

I have also developed stronger problem-solving skills. I have learned to recognize when there is a problem and to come up with creative solutions. I have also learned to recognize potential obstacles and how to create strategies to overcome them. In the future, I plan to use these skills to continue to grow as a leader. I am confident that they will help me to successfully lead a team, no matter the situation. I also plan to use these skills to mentor and guide others so that they can become strong leaders in their own right.

One of the most valuable lessons I have learned as a leader in the importance of leading by example. I have found that when I take the initiative to be the best leader I can be, it encourages my team to do the same. I have also become more aware of the power of positive reinforcement and have incorporated it into my leadership style. By offering recognition and praise to my team members when they do something well, I have seen a significant improvement in morale and productivity.

Leaving a legacy to me means that I can make a lasting impact on those around me. It is important to me that I can pass on the lessons I have learned throughout my life and my journey as a leader. I want to be sure that I can use my experiences to help others to become better leaders and to foster a sense of community and collaboration among those I work with. By leaving a legacy, I can ensure that my impact can be felt long after I am gone and that I can continue to influence those around me positively. By leaving a legacy, I hope to create a lasting impact that will continue to positively influence future generations.

In conclusion, I have grown as a leader in many ways over the course of my life. I believe that the most significant way I have grown is in my communication and collaboration skills. I plan to continue to use these skills in the future to ensure that I can foster an environment of respect and understanding. I want to ensure that I can leave a legacy of positive change and progress for those I work with. I want my legacy to last a lifetime and be positive.
