 Participating in the 20/20 leadership program has been a great honor and experience for me. Over the course of the program, I have learned a lot of valuable lessons about leadership, including the importance of self-awareness, effective communication, and strategic thinking. These lessons have helped me grow as a leader and have equipped me with the tools I need to succeed in my future endeavors.

 One of the most important ways in which I have grown as a leader is in my ability to communicate more effectively. Before participating in the program, I often struggled with talking with people, even when sitting at a table with a small group. However, through the program’s various team-building activities and talks, I have learned how to communicate more effectively, both verbally and in writing. I have learned how to listen actively, communicate clearly, and respect different perspectives, all of which have helped me build stronger relationships with my classmates.

 Another important thing I learned throughout 20/20 leadership is the importance of adaptability. As a leader, it is important to be able to adapt to different situations and respond effectively to change. Through various obstacles, I have learned how to think critically, make decisions under pressure, and adjust my approach based on the situation. This skill would help me move forward in my career, especially in a rapidly changing business environment.

 Finally, the program has taught me the importance of self-reflection. As a leader, you should be aware of your strengths and weaknesses, and identify areas for improvement. Through a lot of obstacles and self-reflection, I have learned a deeper understanding of my leadership style and have identified specific areas for improvement. This process of self-reflection and continuous learning will be a crucial part of personal and professional development in the 

 Participating in the 20/20 leadership program has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I have learned a good variety of valuable lessons about communication, self-awareness, and strategic thinking, and I am eager to put these skills into practice in the near future. I am grateful for the opportunity that I was given in the program and look forward to eventually continuing to grow and develop not only myself as a leader, but those surrounding me.

 Looking to the future, I plan to use the skills and knowledge I have gained through the leadership program to become a more effective leader. I will seek out opportunities to collaborate with others, embrace change and uncertainty and continue to develop my leadership skills. In addition, I plan to mentor and coach other aspiring leaders to help them grow and develop their own leadership skills, as I was helped.

 Leaving a legacy means I’m leaving a piece of hope for leadership. By inspiring and empowering others to achieve their goals and make a positive impact. This can make me rest peacefully. I am helping to make future generations better. Eventually, someone else will come after me and can change certain traits from my legacy and be better for the next generation to come.
