     There are many things that contribute to a person’s preconception on life. For me, growing up in a very low income neighborhood, with my dad being our only source of earnings shaped me as a person. It made me look through life with a different lens. A lens that shows me threats, opportunities, the bright sides of things, and the dark sides. Many privileged teens get fortunes handed to them from their wealthy parents, some don’t even need to go to college. However, this is not my case. In order for me to live up to my dreams and aspirations, I have to force myself to become a hardworking and diligent person.
