I have learned that leading takes time and patience and cooperation and everyone have there own thoughts and ideas that all need to be heard that you all will disagree but that dose not mean give up or be upset as the most important part is teamwork and communication. We all have voices that must be heard and the last most important thing i learned about being a leader is having fun you have to get along with one another cause if the team falls apart the outcome will be a job not we’ll done meaning it won’t be the best possible work you all could have made just cause you can’t get along. I’ll use what I know as a leader to make sure everyone in my group is happy and satisfied with our work while also making sure it’s the best thing we could think of and do no matter what. Leaving a legacy to mean means leave as big of an impact the best you can on what you do or want to do like if my goal is to open a hospital I’m going to make it the biggest and best hospital in kck. I would say a legacy is a life’s work something that takes years to achieve y to the utmost perfection and when you are gone to put you life’s dream in the hands of a person that is not trust worthy and responsible enough to handle you dream to the best of there ability.
