My career after High School is to become an Art Therapist, both outside and inside the Army. It should be noted that I have been accepted into both the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) and Avila University. I will major in Psychology with a minor in Graphic Design or Fine Arts. Additionally, I planned on joining the Army upon completion of college because I want to have a clear head before making a final decision. After college, I would like to be on reserve in the Army with the Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) to be a Behavioral Health Specialist.

Additionally, I plan on starting my practice because I have the passion and drive to commit to people’s needs, especially mental needs. While growing up I dedicated most of my time to psychology because I always saw it as very interesting. Even as far as reading psychology textbooks. Moreover, understand that the career that I have chosen will be difficult but I know that I will prevail. Helping people with their psychological illnesses with different treatments and solutions to improve one’s life.

Secondly, I want my future education to help many lives because I’ve always been an advocate for change. Keeping a clear path while on my journey to success. Giving others a better understanding of life and giving them a fighting chance. Throughout my community I’ve been known to be courageous, attentive, kind-hearted, and a man of culture. Even so, I am a strong advocate for education and its impacts on society as we know it.

Therefore, I believe that education is the cornerstone that can never be taken away. As I embark on my future education journey, I am deeply aware of its profound impact on addressing the needs within my community. By obtaining knowledge, skills, and experience from their education can open doors for bigger opportunities. Furthermore, my future education will equip me with the expertise to help build solutions that address the challenges. Whether through research projects, internships, or experiential learning opportunities. Also, when using my education to help others it should be noted that I have great problem-solving skills to help tackle real-world issues.

Thirdly, as I progress along my educational journey, I hope that I make a big impact in the world. Whether through mentorship, or advocacy campaigns. Where everyone individually has the opportunity to thrive and succeed. I want to form meaningful connections and partnerships with lifelong learners. Becoming a teacher for many young people on how to be successful.

While devoting my time to my community, I want to share a sense of belonging and create positive change. Whether through volunteering, organizing events, or supporting local initiatives. Not only, investing in community projects and volunteer opportunities. But dedicating time to my community becomes a fulfilling endeavor, creating lasting connections and leaving a legacy of compassion and unity for future generations to inherit and build upon.

In conclusion, my future education holds extensive potential to empower me to address the needs within my community. In a meaningful and impactful manner, through many trials and errors from practical experience, and community engagement. I am confident in my ability to make a difference and drive positive change that can be carried out through generations. Having a sense of purpose and optimism, knowing that those actions have the power of change to shape a better future for all of us. In my pursuit of psychology, I’ve discovered a profound calling to serve my community. With each lesson absorbed and every theory understood, I feel an obligation to apply this knowledge to uplift those around me. I strive to address the unique psychological needs within my community.
