A need within my community is the growing demand for accessible and affordable coding education programs in the community. Many individuals, including those from underserved backgrounds, lack opportunities to learn and develop skills in software engineering is a pressing issue within the community. Many individuals, particularly those from underserved backgrounds, face barriers to accessing quality education and training in this rapidly evolving field. Initiating a community-based coding education initiative is a proactive step toward addressing this gap. By establishing a comprehensive program, I aim to provide not only technical knowledge but also essential resources, mentorship, and hands-on training. This holistic approach is designed to empower individuals by equipping them with the practical, real-world skills necessary for success in software engineering. Through collaborative learning environments and mentorship programs, participants will not only gain technical proficiency but also foster a sense of community and support that is crucial for personal and professional growth. Inspired by the potential for positive impact, I have decided to pursue a degree in Software Engineering after high school.
