20/20 Leadership KC Royals Charities Scholarship Award Recipients must complete this form, submit an end of semester college or university transcript, and submit a copy of a thank you letter upon the completion of each semester of the scholarship award. Completion of this form and submission of documents is a requirement to continue receiving the scholarship award.
