First, How have I demonstrated leadership in my school or community? While serving my community I try my best to act as a role model for students to look up to. Taking on opportunities that others don’t get the chance to face. Proving to my peers that I am a sophisticated leader. Moreover, being in 2020 Leadership for two years has changed my life for the better. Especially, when it involves public speaking, giving sufficient presentations, etc. In addition to this, there have been times when I’ve had to take a stand and influence others to make a change. Unquestionably, I support others who want to make a difference for my High School.

Moreover, while in my Senior year of High School, I’ve shown a great commitment to my peers and community. Even participating in Student Learning Service, 2020 Leadership, and Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA). In addition to this, Student Learning Service has helped me engage with the school more, help students find their classes, and bring a friendly face to newcomers. Apart from this, I’ve been involved in 2020 Leadership for two years and helped children through Birthday Connections. Also, I volunteered to help the sixth graders have an amazing field day. 

Undoubtedly, I had the opportunity to regulate and correct any errors that could’ve happened. Nevertheless, FBLA has improved my future management skills, internships, and scholarships. While being in FBLA I had the opportunity to create a graphic design project for the children and later won state. That motivates me to continue to strive hard for bigger projects and job opportunities. Both 2020 Leadership and FBLA have helped me extravagantly.

Next, how do I plan on demonstrating leadership shortly? I want to demonstrate leadership by empowering others who are younger than me. By showing empathy, integrity, and vision. As a leader, I aim to inspire and motivate others by expressing a clear distinct path of the goals we plan to accomplish and the path we need to take to get them there. Also, I hope to implement a sense of purpose and direction within my community. Sharing collaborative ideas and making everyone feel valued and empowered to contribute their ideas and talents.

Furthermore, I believe that empathy is a crucial aspect of effective leadership. Understanding and acknowledging the perspectives, needs, and concerns of others. This could help strengthen relationships, trust, and respect. By using my effective communication and leadership skills I can become an active listener to others, being approachable, demonstrating empathy, genuine care, and support. My leadership plans to innovate and create a strong supportive inclusive community where everyone feels heard, respected, and motivated to succeed.

Lastly, I want to recognize the importance of integrity in my leadership. Dedicating my time to becoming honest and transparent with all interactions, and taking responsibility for my actions. Along with, earning people’s trust for helping them. Ultimately, my goal is to lead by example and empower others to reach their full potential, collectively driving towards our shared goals and making a positive impact on our organization and community.
