Looking back on my high school years, I feel grateful for the leadership roles I’ve had, particularly as Senior Class President and as the founder and president of the Media Club. These experiences have shaped who I am today and have taught me so much about what it means to lead with empathy, collaboration, and resilience. They’ve not only helped me grow as a leader, but also given me the confidence to step into any environment and make a positive impact.

As Senior Class President, I faced one of my biggest challenges: balancing the diverse expectations of my classmates while trying to keep the whole class unified. With so many different interests and opinions, it was important for me to make everyone feel heard while still moving forward with decisions that reflected what was best for the majority. I had to navigate conflicts, make tough calls, and sometimes put my own ideas aside to ensure that the group’s needs were met.
