The most leadership moment during my high school career is helping a freshman during my junior year. It was this student first day of school and she was really nervous and I could tell by the way she was acting. Acting very shy and was scared to talk so I was just giving her a tour around the school and this student felt comfortable around me because i was telling her that everything was going to be fine and that she will like it her. I told her how long i have been at &&&&&&&&&&&. i told her that I made some good friendships and once you get the hang around school, you will start to feel comfortable. I felt very accomplished and after the first day and she was on her own. I haven’t seen this student around much in the hallways because I was always upstairs. Another one that I have experienced is going up to the elementary school and being an observer for now and start to actually teach the kids after spring break. The kids really do look up to us and they just admire us and they felt comfortable and they was just asking me and my fellow classmates. I was telling them about my high school journey and how my time is ending soon and i told them to enjoy all they school years and make the best of friends and keep contact with them. Told them that credits matter and keep up the great work at all cost. What I learn is that people do admire leadership and that leadership is a great thing and we all can have a person who we look up too. Being a leader comes great opportunities and proudness for yourself. When you show leadership others would want to do it as well and the leadership would continue. It has inspire my future because we need more people to look up too. We don’t have many black professionals out here and we need to see more then that. Ever since Barack Obama became president it changed the whole world and made a great impact on the United States of America.
