Senior 03

 I do several leadership roles I’m in the National  Honors Society, Student Council, 2020 leadership, Keystone, Volleyball, basketball, wrestling, Cheer, soccer, and track. From all these roles I played in school, I have learned how to be a leader, and even with me being in so many different activities I have kept up my grades and my GPA hasn’t dropped below 3.0. To be in so many things in high school I have to teach and mentor the kids coming into the programs keep them doing good in school and be on top of their activities after school. I have to be an example for the first semester I made it to the principles list I believe I was the only black senior on there is it me caring about being a leader to other black students and everyone willing to learn.  I have demonstrated leadership in my school and a few different ways. one way is through my involvement in Upward Bound where I serve as a mentor to other younger students.  mentoring requires strong leadership skills as I  guided and supported my fellow students on their academic Journey.  my participation and sports like basketball tracks soccer wrestling cheer volleyballShows leadership as I worked with my other teammates to achieve common goals and motivate them to perform their best.  my involvement and the student council National Honor Society and Keystone showcase my willingness to take on responsibilities and make a positive impact in my school community. In addition to all the things that I do I’ve also demonstrated leadership in my school through active participation and various extracurricular activities even though not many people sign up or want to have school spirit I take the initiative and everybody knows me it I get recognized by teachers,  student staff because I take the initiative to be involved in our school. Whether it’s organizing events leading group discussions are taking leadership roles within clubs and organizations I have shown my ability to take charge and make things happen and my dedication to and commitment to these activities speaks volumes for my leadership skills. In the future, I could continue to demonstrate my leadership skills by taking on new challenges and opportunities. I will seek out leadership opportunities and College and in my future career I will join more clubs where I could take on a role such as president our team captain or project manager this way I can participate in group projects my team activities where I can showcase my ability to collaborate communicate effectively and motivate others.  I will continue to mentor and support others just like I do now and in most activities that I’m in like my wrestling coaches want me to come back and help teach the girls and give them motivation because girl wrestling is new and they want us to show them that girls can participate in a male-dominated sport.  I will be a positive role model and help others reach their full potential I will continue to expire and lead by example leadership is not just about a title but about how you possibly influence and Empower those around you and I will want to keep doing that for the rest of my life.
