2026-2027 Application for Youth Lead KC

I understand that, if I am selected as a participant in Youth Lead KC, attendance is required when regular leadership meetings take place, and I am willing to attend the functions sponsored by the program. As a member of the organization, and as a future alumnus, I accept responsibility for my actions and will represent myself, family and Youth Lead KC in an appropriate, polite and respectful manner. I will not engage in bullying, harassing or discriminating behavior. I understand that if I fail to meet any part of the obligations of participating, I may be asked to withdraw from the program.

Please provide your parent/guardian contact information. Once you create your account, your parent/guardian needs to approve your application by providing an electronic signature on the Parent/Guardian Approval Form. You will find the Parent/Guardian Approval Form on your student dashboard after you log in for the first time. Your parent/guardian will then receive an email with instructions on approving your application. Once we receive your Parent/Guardian Approval Form, your application will be forwarded to your school for final approval.
